Stage 3
Block Selection
During Stage 3 
We Will:

  • Discuss your finance options and best strategy
  •  Drive out to look at block options that suit your requirements
  •  Discuss design amendments to suit your top 3 block options
  • Pick your top 3 blocks that I will negotiate for you on
  •  Visit a display home to discuss specifications and inclusions
  •  Prepare the paperwork for your agreement with the builder to start your administration process
Stage 3 normally takes place 2-7 days after Stage 2, as I research and source block options specific to your circumstances.
Stage 4
Finalise Design Customisation
During This Final Stage We Will:
  • Make all structural design changes 
  • Get a final price on amendments
  • Finalise administration agreement
This stage normally takes 
5 - 10 days. We make sure we finalise all of your handpicked design details for your brand new home without any hidden costs.

If you are renting at the moment, you are exactly where I was 17 years ago when I made the worst property mistake of my life. A mistake that cost me nearly $300,000 in 5 years! 

You see, when I arrived in Perth in 2002, I knew very little about the local property market. I didn't know where the market was at or how to go about getting into a home of my own or  how much of a deposit I needed. I decided to rent for a while and wait for the market to drop. 

But... the market never dropped; in fact Perth houses went from a medium price of less than $200,000 in 2002 to nearly $500,000 in 2007! So while my friends were literally making money while they slept in the comfort of their own new homes, I was battling rent increases every year, rent inspections and bad service from a landlord whose mortgage I was paying off.  

10 years ago, I made a career change and became a professional property developer.  Since then, I've helped hundreds of people get into a home of their own and managed my own successful family developments. The Perth housing market has stayed almost flat sine 2007, but now is the first time in over a decade that I am extremely excited about the potential of Perth's property market. There are now significant indicators that the market is set for its next boom
